Terms and Conditions

Services

The Agency agrees to provide professional translation services as requested by the Client. 

The Agency will assign qualified Translators to complete the Services. 

The scope, deadlines, and specific requirements of each project will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.

 Client Obligations
The Client must provide clear and complete Source Material promptly.
The Client must specify any special requirements (e.g., technical terminology, style preferences) at the outset.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Source Material does not infringe on any third-party rights and does not contain any illegal content.

Fees and Payment
Fees for Services will be quoted on a per-project basis and agreed upon before work begins with 50% payment.
A deposit may be required before starting the project with 50%.
Final payment is due within [number] days of delivery of the Translated Material.
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer
Clients can make payments directly to our bank account. Our bank details will be provided on the invoice.
Please ensure that the invoice number is included as a reference when making the transfer to facilitate the processing of your payment.

Credit/Debit Card
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Rupay, and Discover.
Payments can be made securely through our website or over the phone.
Please note that a small processing fee may apply to credit/debit card transactions.

PayPal
Payments can be made via PayPal to ensure secure and quick transactions.
Our PayPal account details will be provided on the invoice.
Clients can also pay directly through the payment link provided in the invoice email.

Online Payment Gateway
We use a secure online payment gateway for processing payments directly through our website.
Clients can use this method to pay with credit/debit cards or other supported payment methods.
A confirmation email will be sent once the payment is successfully processed.

Cheque
Cheques should be made payable to Arabic Translation Services only.
Please include the invoice number on the check to ensure proper application of the payment.
Checks could be mailed to our business address: F-18/18, 1st Floor, Sir Sayyed Road Batla House Okhla Jamia Nagar New Delhi-110025.

Mobile Payment Apps
We accept payments through popular mobile payment apps such as Phone Pay, Pay Zapp, and Google Pay.
Our account details or payment link will be provided on the invoice.

Ensure to include the invoice number in the payment reference to facilitate processing.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% may be required before the commencement of the project, depending on the size and complexity of the work.
Full payment is due within days of delivery of the Translated Material unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.

Payment Confirmation
Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of the transaction.

Confidentiality
The Agency agrees to keep all Source Material and Translated Material confidential.

The Agency will not disclose any information to third parties without the Client’s prior consent, except as required by law.

Revisions and Errors
The Agency will provide revisions at no additional cost if requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the revisions do not exceed the original scope of work.

The Agency is not liable for errors resulting from unclear, incorrect, or incomplete Source Material.  

Any claims for errors must be made within 7 days of delivery of the Translated Material.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.

The Client will be responsible for payment for all Services provided up to the date of termination.

Liability
The Agency’s liability is limited to the value of the Services provided.

The Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure
The Agency is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or governmental actions.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Country/State].

Amendments
The Agency reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes in writing.

Acceptance
By engaging the Agency’s Services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
